Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned with original packaging and tags
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging
Requests made after the return window has expired

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and product images.
